These shorts are definitely everything that they say they are. I have used them four times and I will tell you my glutes are sore. My inner thighs and pelvic floor muscle is definitely improving. I bought them mainly to tighten my buttocks instead of doing squats. these shorts are worth every penny.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but after a few minutes, I got used to the EMS pulses and could really feel the activation. So far they’re comfortable to wear, and I’m excited to see how I feel after using them consistently.

At first I was skeptical but now I'm seeing results I really enjoy how this works I actually do get quite a bit of pain and I found that this actually does help out with that as well in terms of relieving muscle strain and tension but I was thoroughly impressed that these are not only able to fit really well but seem to adhere to my body perfectly they're easy to use and actually give me quite a bit of confidence in that I can just leave it and forget it as best I can while I walk around and get toned overall the seams are really well put together the pads and everything makes sense and well I don't think that there's a need for gel I've been able to use a tiny bit to enhance the amount of stimulation it provides thoroughly increasing how effective it is but regardless I enjoy the idea and I've been really seeing results and also feeling a lot less tense definitely high quality and durable and seems as though it can last a long time .

I wear these while doing my normal daily routine with no worries. They are made very well and love that they offer different levels so you can control what is your best fit. Great product!

Wow, this thing is no joke! Very powerful. I use it for my sciatica. With the ems built into the shorts there are no wires to drag around. You can wear under clothes or by itself. Charges quickly, and the power supply securely attaches to shorts. For me it was worth every dollar.

I’ve been using these EMS toning shorts for about a week and have really enjoyed them. The stimulation feels strong and effective around my hips, glutes, and pelvic area, and the intensity is easy to adjust. In addition to working the muscles, the snug fit gives my hips and pelvis a supportive, held-together feeling that I find very comfortable.
